Oracle BRM on cloud setup

Looking to understand if BRM can be deployed in cloud infrastructure:
 - Can BRM be containerized (eg docker, kubernates)?
 -  Can BRM be deployed on cloud infrastructure (AWS, azure etc.)?
 - Is there any version of BRM which is certified on Cloud Infrastructure?
