When attempting to run Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) Process with Transfer Pricing and Adjustment Rules selected the following error occurred.

Steps to Replicate:
1. Run FTP Process with only Transfer Rate selected successfully.
2. Run FTP Process with only Adjustment Option selected successfully.
3. Run FTP Process with both Transfer Rate and Adjustment selected and it failed with the above.
