Demantra Workflow Admin Not Responding (Doc ID 2571417.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.3.1.4 version, DM-Gen


Demantra workflow Manager is not loading after trying to connect for long and throwing below error :

"An error occurred while processing the page you requested"

This is when demantra is deployed on OAS

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Workflow manager pager (http://<server-name>:<port_number>/demantra/workflow/login.jsp)
2. not loading and error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Demantra workflow admin Page is not loading
