Application service W1-NODEOU does not disable buttons on asset location screen
On the asset location screen, removing the add, remove and delete ability, and just leaving the read ability, still leaves the edit, delete and duplicate buttons on the screen.
The user is not able to perform those functions though.
W1-NODEOU is the application service on the W1-NODE business object.
Description
USER ACCESS ISSUE
The User was only given an Inquire Access to the Cost Center BO and MO, and yet, the "Add" and "Accumulate Monthly Statistics" buttons still appear.
I have other buttons that's showing up, even if the user don't have access (i.e. Delete on Asset for a User with Inquire only access)
Asset: Delete button
Invoice: Edit and Duplicate buttons
Standard Note: Edit and Delete buttons
Organization: Edit, Delete and Duplicate buttons
Asset Location: Edit, Delete and Duplicate buttons
Out of Service Location: Edit, Delete and Duplicate buttons
Storeroom: Edit, Delete and Duplicate buttons
Problem Cause
UI maps defining the buttons does not check if the application security has the specific access mode.
Suggested Solution
Hide buttons when oraEnableActionButton returns false, i.e. the application service does not have the specific access mode.
