Permissioning Center log of changes to BRM accounts and roles

Requirement:

While comparing cm log,one basically needs simple logging in Permissioning Center:

Creating and changing users (what was changed and who was changing including time)
Creating new and changing roles (what was changed and who was changing including time)

As full debug log from CM process generates gigabytes of logs
