Seriousness is being removed from cases upon acceptance of follow up

Upon processing a F/U import and un-selecting everything in case difference
report before the import, noticed that on the UI Events page, the
seriousness checkbox that was previously checked is no longer checked after

Steps to Repeat:

-Import a case and verify that both seriousness reflects that both Medically Significant and Hospitalized are checked in the events section of the case.
-Next import the follow-up and de-select everything prior to accepting the follow-up
-After the follow-up, the case event screen shows only Medically Significant selected.  Hospitalization is unchecked.
