Display of Damage Assessment status inconsistent

If you create a DA for an event, then you complete the event, the status of the Damage Assessment is completed in the DA list. However, if you go to Event Details for the event, the Damage Assessment field there displays "Started". We would expect that to say "Completed" at this point.
