Symptoms


When you create a Candidate Rule, you get and Null value error in the logs, every time you try to do something with it;

  "...ERROR ([ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '3' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)') [CandidateRuleConditionVOTransformer] Unable able to transform object null..."



Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create any Candidate Rule, save and close the screen.
2. Open or "tail" the RPM logs (OUT/LOG).
3. Open the Maintain Candidate Rule's windows.
4. Check the log files.
