Transactions Randomly Timeout with Presenter Failures - Status: 441
The timeouts always occur on the immediate batch PDF type. Almost all of our transactions have 2+ eligible batches, the immediate PDF batch and the scheduled XER batch. The PDF batch is the only one to fail. The XER counterpart is generated which causes issues with records retention, etc... (the PDF batch is the archival copy). We also have transaction paths that do not have a scheduled XER batch and only the immediate PDF batch is eligible. Some of those are randomly failing as well.
We were unable to find anything in the Documaker logs beyond the generic RCV0400400012 entry in the ERRS table. However, we were able to sync the timeouts up to error messages in the Windows Event Log:
