MDM Batch Server crash dump issue

Customer have been experiencing issues on the MDM production batch servers where customer is getting multiple crash dumps of the CACHE Threadpool worker on a daily basis.
As a result, the CACHE Threadpool worker drops affecting the daily processing performance.

Please provide some assistance below and the best approach to resolve this issue:

- Should customer increase the memory of all CACHE thread pools to resolve the issue? (if yes, what should be the new recommended memory allocation ?Currently it is 3GB)
- Does Oracle still recommend upgrading the Coherence to the latest version to resolve this issue? (If yes, what is the latest version of the Coherence?)
