Symptoms

On : 8.x version, Install, Migration, Upgrade

When attempting to remove an end date from assigned responsibilities
the following error occurs.

AACG CA SERVER UNREACHABLE


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the EBS
2. Navigate to Security > Users > Define : Query for user
3. Assign responsibility.
Click on Actions > Activate Responsibilities
Try to remove end date and click on Conflict Analysis

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot submit the request
