Not Able to Set Correct Restore Time on Some Graphical Grouped Events

You are having a Production issue with a graphically grouped job. The Job was restored on 2/1/19 at 23:08 in NMS. You would like to change the Restore Time to the actual Restore of 22:01. When you do this in Event details you receive an error - Failed to Update event details information. You are able to do this update on other similar jobs but not on this one. You are able to change the restore time down to 2/1/19 22:29 but any time less than that you get the error. You do see some calls came in after the Restore time you are trying to set but this did not cause a problem on the other jobs.
Looked in the logs but did not see any errors.
