After Completing the ReIM Installation, One of The Deployments is Marked as Failed With "java.lang.ClassNotFoundException" Error

Information in this document applies to any platform.
During installing REIM 15.0.2 from scratch, After completing the installation one of the deployments is marked as failed.
Steps to Reproduce:
After the installation of ReIM execute the following steps:
1. Open weblogic console.
2. Navigate to deployments.
3. Select the control tab.
4. Confirm that ReIM Deployment is in state "Failed".
5. Select ReIM Deployment.
6. Press start and then servicing all requests.
The following is shown within the reim-server.out logs:
at java.lang.J9VMInternals.newInstanceImpl(Native Method)
