When New Reporter Was Added Upon Follow Up, Medical Confirm Toggled From Yes To No (Doc ID 2574069.1)

Symptoms

Customer have observed that when user add a new reporter belonging to HCP = Yes upon follow-up to a case previously having Medical confirm = Yes and HCP =Yes, the "Medical Confirmation by HCP" field in the event level is automatically toggling to 'No' from 'Yes'.
