Process All Button Does Not Work After Recent Patch (Doc ID 2574125.1)

 Patch seems to have introduced the problem with stored procedure arguments. When a user tries to use the process all button at any level the system throws a stack trace. After looking at the stack trace and at the asc_LockEntities stored procedure it seems that the base code is trying to pass too many arguments which is causing the stored procedure to crash and completely lock out the entity

1) Navigate to any level entity that has pending activities (or add one)
2) Click Process All and notice stack trace
3) Try to process activity manually notice another issue
