On : version, Diameter Gateway

As in dictionary_main.xml pbit for Credit Control Request (CCR) message can be set to either 1 or 0, what is the configuration to be made in Elastic Charging Engine (ECE)/Diameter Gateway (DGW) for an environment to be able to successfully process incoming CCR messages having proxiable bit (pbit) in the flags field either set or not set?
This is needed as on the above environment some network element (SMSC) are not able to set this bit.
