One Specific User Cannot Upload Files In Agile (Doc ID 2574381.1)

Symptoms

One specific user receives a file manager error when attempting to upload files into Agile. The user has a Windows 7 machine; configured with Java 8 and all file manager URLs have been added to trusted sites in the Windows IE browser. If the user uses a different PC the files successfully upload. The user can download files and use Autovue to open and file files.

ERROR
Error File Manager is not accessible

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as the user with the issue; IE Browser
2. Navigate to EC change | Attachment Tab | Upload - Rev01 Final XXXXX.docx
3. Error File Manager is not accessible
