UDA Records Are Not Ordered on the 'Item UDAs' Screen (Doc ID 2574533.1)

Symptoms

User Defined Attributes (UDA) records are not ordered on the "Item UDAs" screen.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Items - manage Items.
2. Search and choose an item with UDA and some values on this Item.
3. Go to "More Actions" menu and click on 'User Defined Attributes'.
4. The UDA on the table "List of Values" and notice that the records are not ordered by the UDA id.
