Load_config Is Failing For Custom Classes (Doc ID 2574662.1)

Symptoms

A new custom class was developed to extend /config class to /config/deal_mapping class for example. After this, load_config tool is used to load the contents of an XML file into the corresponding table in database, but the tool is crashing with below error message:
