Model Upload Failed with Error: This Table Has Data in It and Hence Cannot Be Dropped (Doc ID 2574681.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.0.7 version

When attempting to run model upload with Sliced Model option, found below error.  Using Sliced Model option, table should not be dropped.


Error

ETLService.log
[DEBUG] [APP] [ETL] [NA] [MODELUPLOADHELPER] Log Message::::Started Validating Deleted Tables and Creating Drop Table Scripts
 This table DIM_EDUCATION has data in it and hence cannot be dropped.

Model Upload log shows:
Dim_Education.
 Drop table scripts for the old 'LEAF' category table Dim_Education (which is a 'PARENT' category table in the current data model) to be created
 This table DIM_EDUCATION has data in it and hence cannot be dropped.

Steps to Replicate:
1. Run model upload with Upload Mode: Data Slice
2. Object Registration Mode: Incremental Object Registration
