Webservice TransferShipmentService Generates Error When Save Transfer Document (Doc ID 2574792.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run TransferShipmentService > CreateTransferShipmentContainer, the following error occurs:


Steps to reproduce:
1. Create shipment using createTransferShipment operation in TransferShipmentService.
2. Save shipment using saveTransferShipment operation in TransferShipmentService.
3. Create shipment Container using createTransferShipmentContainer in TransferShipmentService.
4. Save shipment Container using saveTransferShipmentContainer in TransferShipmentService.
Observe the above error.
