Cannot Start FICServer After Cloning due to "java.security.InvalidKeyException: Illegal Key Size" Error (Doc ID 2575035.1)

Symptoms

After cloning 8.0.6.2 environment, the OFSAAI FICServer gets the error below in the nohup.out from $FIC_APP_HOME/common/FICServer/bin and the config schema is locked:

[AESCryptor] File exists at $FIC_HOME/conf/AESCryptKey.ext

After unlocking the config schema and running startofsaai.sh again, it gives the below error in the nohup.out:
