Cannot Start FICServer After Cloning due to "java.security.InvalidKeyException: Illegal Key Size" Error

Symptoms
After cloning 8.0.6.2 environment, the OFSAAI FICServer gets the error below in the nohup.out from $FIC_APP_HOME/common/FICServer/bin and the config schema is locked:
[AESCryptor] Security File Directory path is : $FIC_HOME/conf/
[AESCryptor] File exists at $FIC_HOME/conf/AESCryptKey.ext
