DiameterGateway Error “resubmit: Customer:” (Doc ID 2575273.1)

Goal

In a production system, with the diameter parameters set to ioThreadPoolSize, requestProcessorThreadPoolSize, and notificationThreadPoolSize to 100, there are error messages: “resubmit: customer:”
Also, there is an incremental use of memory of the diameterGateway among the time.

What is the meaning of that message and how to avoid it?
When it says timeout, then the request failed, correct?
