Unable To Re-activate Inactive Supplier/Supplier Site In RMS Via RIB-RMS Vendor Subscriber Interface (Doc ID 2575422.1)

Symptoms

User are unable to re-activate an inactive supplier or supplier site in Retail Merchandising System (RMS) via Retail Integration Bus (RIB)-RMS Vendor Subscriber interface.

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Select a Supplier/Supplier Site in inactive status in RMS.
  2. Subscribe a message via RIB Vendor interface with status A to activate the supplier/supplier site.
  3. RMS is processing the message successfully, but ignoring the new status of the message.

         Note : If a Supplier is currently Active, and the message is processed with status Inactive, the status change happens normally, but not the other way around.
