Goal

 

When attempting to open demantra worksheets on client machines having JRE 8 update 71,

the follow error occurs:

"Error while running worksheets windows Object doesn't support property or method 'launchPartner'"

 

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log into Collaborator Workbench
  2. Try to open any worksheet
  3. The worksheet is not opening and an error message pops up
