Suspense Tickets Not Closing (Doc ID 2575784.1)

Symptoms

On : 10.2.2.5 version, Accounting

Actual Behavior
-------------------
When the amount in suspense in slightly UNDER the requested amount, and rounds up - the suspense ticket closes as it should.
But when the suspense amount is slightly OVER the requested amount, and it rounds down so the amounts equal - it leaves the ticket open.
This will require daily scripts to be executed in production.
