Symptoms

In the Rate Management > Interest Rates user interface, when attempting to delete an Interest Rate Code (IRC), after clicking of the delete button, a "Dependency Information" window opens but no dependencies are listed.  The pop-up says "Dependency not found".

The delete of the IRC fails.  The IRC remains on the screen.

You do not understand why the dependency window opens but no dependent objects are listed.
