When Accessing Primavera P6Web --> Approvals [Tab] --> Status Updates, the Page Does Not Load.

When any user attempts to access Primavera P6 EPPM --> Approvals [tab] --> Status Updates, the page does not load. The "loading" (3 dots) icon is visible. No error is received.
For the Primavera P6 EPPM --> Approvals [tab] --> Status Updates page to load as expected.
Issue occurs in any browser (IE, Firefox, and Chrome).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6Web.
2. Click 'Approvals' tab.
3. Observe the page does not load
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the P6Web --> Approvals tab.
