User with Only RMS_LOCATION_INQUIRY_DUTY Are Unable to View Store or Warehouse in RMS (Doc ID 2577339.1)

Symptoms

User with only RMS_LOCATION_INQUIRY_DUTY is unable to view store or warehouse  in RMS.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Assign a user with RMS_Location_inquiry_duty with the requirement just to view store/warehouse.
2. Login into RMS with that user and verify that organization hierarchy tab is not visible.
3. When user is assigned this duty RMS_ORGANIZATION_HIERARCHY_INQUIRY_DUTY user is able to view entire org (i.e. Area, Chains, Region).
