Import Fails When A New Tab Is Added (Doc ID 2577416.1)

Symptoms

Import wizard fails after uploading import file.

ERROR
An error occurred: 74. Excel parser fails to load data from excel file.  This may be caused by un-saved excel. Please try to click SAVE button in Excel and import again.

Import File is a required field.
    

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Import excel spreadsheet;  ImportFile.xlsx
2. Login to Web Client
3. Click on Tool Icon > Import
4. Import Wizard requests Import file, upload import file
5. Receive error: Import File is a required
