Symptoms

On : 3.2.1 version, Cohort Data Model issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the Cohort Query screen, unable to specify a coding system when executing a search for the Observation Code and Result Value


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to have filter criteria for the coding system in observation dimension in order to search for records when there is the same observation code and observation name across multiple sources.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Cohort Explorer
2. Selected Cohort Query
3. Expand Clinical > Click "Test or Observation" > Search
4. Under "Test or Observation Name" > Contains > Histology > Search
5. Two identical Observation_code as example "3081934" shown and when selecting one of them, the second data source value is not visible.
