Goal

An error showing up while installing upgrade script of Patch Set 22: "aes.c: loadable library and perl binaries are mismatched (got handshake key 0x81c0080, needed 0x8140080)"
pin_75_75ps22_upgrade.pl was failing.

The user has tried the solution as referring to KM Note 2397586.1 and Note 2489094.1, still the same issue with the aes.c error.
