Symptoms
For OFSAA 8.0.x, when running any batches (new or existing), only the first task in a batch runs. The first task completes successfully but the remaining tasks in the batch do not run.
In Operations > Batch Monitor, the batch shows as successful. However, all of the tasks, except the first task, show as "[612] Not Started" and never execute.
If the first task is excluded and the batch is run, the second task will complete successfully but the subsequent tasks never launch.
The same behavior exists using an ESIC batch.
