Same AUID Merged To Two Different EUIDs (Doc ID 2578498.1)

On Oracle Healthcare Master Person Index version,

While trying to do a merge, the user encounter error message "More than one EUID found for the system key for SESI LHD record".

During the investigation,  user is unable to find the AUID in the Patient search but the "Transaction History" screen shows that a different LHD record was added on the list.

It has been discovered that the same AUID was merged to two different EUID.

However, user is unaware how the same AUID could have been merge to two different EUID.
