Symptoms

Get the following error when adding attachment to Case then Close and Save Case

Error No: 301200101 Description: Please contact your system administrator.

From the SQLTimes file:

ORA-01691: unable to extend lob segment ARGUS_APP.CASE_NOTES_ATTACH_BLOB by 8192 in tablespace ARGUS_DATA_01

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Add Attachment
2. Close/Save case
3. Error message pop-up
