NMS Freezes When Doing A Viewer Feeder Search (Doc ID 2578967.1)

Symptoms

When you start the workagenda and immediately open a viewer window from Tools and do a feeder search a blank screen is returned and NMS is now frozen. (If you open a viewer via a job on the workagenda there is no issue.)

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Login to the WorkAgenda
Under the upper Tools select Viewer1
On Viewer Select Actions – Search
Search for a Feeder
The search comes back with a blank screen with the Feeder filled in on the bottom right .
Now the system is FROZEN - you have to login again force a logout and login to get back on .
Did not see anything in the java console or the weblogic logs.
If you start the Viewer by targeting a job on the workagenda and then doing a Search it works fine.
