Auto Populate Date Value Wrong In New User Interface (Doc ID 2579243.1)

Symptoms

A BP picker is wrongly populating a date value which is less than a day of the original when using the new UI.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Project -> BP
  2. Locate record no 1 - notice that the picker date is 01/01/2019
  3. Navigate to other BP -> Create a new record and select the picker
  4. Notice that the date is 31/12/2018
