Symptoms
Manage Transactions - Sort order for Reason displays in alphabetical order rather Than Code_seq
1. Go to Tasks -> Operations -> Manage Transactions
2. Select the Advanced Search Option
3. If Reason Code is not on the screen add it by using the Add Fields Button
4. Click the list of values for the Reason Code drop down
5. Note they are in alphabetical order not in code_seq order as they should be
