ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

Add user Pop-up continuously resized in French

We are facing an issue when login in French into P6 Web with the add user pop-up in the user administration module being continuously resized when typing in the fields.

=> Expected behavior : The pop-up stays still during typing
=> Observed behavior: The popup is continuously resized generating discomfort for the administrator.

It does not prevent to add a new user but it generates discomfort for the administrator doing the operation.
The issue was only tested in IE11 as this is the only browser available and allowed on site.
The issue was not reproduced in English, German and Spanish language.

STEPS:

Steps to reproduce :
1. Log in Primavera P6 Web in French.
2. Go to Administration / User Administration.
3. Click "Add" button so the add user pop-up appears.
4. Select field "Login Name" and start typing.
