When an allocation is closed in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), a SOHdrMod message is sent to Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) but it fails to be processed in the MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE table due to a Null Pointer Exception Error.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. From RMS, Close an Allocation (i.e. status='C' in ALLOC_HEADER table in RMS).
2. Notice that the SOHdrMod message sent to SIM does not have "STATUSCODE" tag.
3. The SOHdrMod message fails in MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE table with the above mentioned error.
