Calling xstate_nxt_sta From LogiView Ends In Faulty state <2225> has been transferred! Error For Items that are Part of Classification (Doc ID 2579672.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Items that are part of a classification cannot move to certain state when calling LogiView with xstate_nxt_sta.
This is causing Change Orders to not be able to get to a "Released" status.

FACT
1. This issue did not occur on e6.1.1
2. From Logiview Trace, xstate_nxt_sta return a value of 1 instead of 0
3. Affected Part have T_MASTER_DAT.EDB_CHG_LEV set with value

ERROR
Faulty state <2225> has been transferred!

STEPS
1. Login to Java Client
2. Open certain Change Order
3. Go to Affected Objects tab. In this case, only 1 record exist

4. Create New Item and assign on Affected Objects tab

5. Start > Classification > Classes
6. Search Class Code : XXXXXX
7. Go to Classification List tab
8. Add Item Number : 222222 and save.
9. Go back to Change Order from step 2
10. Go to Affected Objects tab.

11. Create New Item and assign on Affected Objects tab

333333    

12. Start > Classification > Classes
13. Search Class Code : XXXXXX
14. Go to Classification List tab
15. Add Item Number : 333333 and save.
16. Run below SQL

select EDB_CHG_LEV,PART_ID from T_MASTER_DAT where PART_ID in ('111111','222222','333333');

EDB_CHG_LEV   PART_ID
-------------------------
null                 111111
null                 222222
0                    333333

17. Change status of Change Order and above 3 item. Item 333333 will not be changing status to "Released" and below error occurs :

Faulty state <2225> has been transferred!
