Symptoms
On Agile PLM 9.3.6.0 with AutoVue 21.0.2
The customer is trying to use the rendezvous connection over an SSL connection. Loadbalancing and SSL offloading is being handled through an instance of IIS using the Weblogic plugin. The AutoVue Servlet is downloaded and launches without issue, but never successfully connects to retrieve the file and open the AutoVue Client. The following message is returned in the java console:

Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Use the rendezvous connection over an SSL connection. Loadbalancing and SSL offloading is being handled through an instance of IIS using the Weblogic plugin.
2. Try to open a file in AutoVue
3. AutoVue fails to open the file and instead the above error is thrown in the java console
