Symptoms
Created a case with adverse event and scheduled an e2b report.
Upon clicking the draft link to generate the report, below error is generated:
"Error No:402000608 Description select cp.create_repository from cfg_profile cp, cfg_receiver cr where agency_id=:P_AGENCY_ID_2 and upper(trim(cr.message_profile))=upper(trim(cp.profile)); See report details."
Message found in the error log:
