Symptoms
Updated NMS and applied all of the migrations. Testing the Switch Sheet state transitions, it consistently fails to transition to an "In Progress" state when executing the first step.
Changes
Updating from 2.3.0.0x to the 2.3.0.2x service pack. Multiple migrations were involved that did impact the switching application.
