User Locked Out - Need to Know a Way to Clear NMS and WebLogic Cached Information for LDAP Provider

Question is how to unlock a user that had their password in LDAP expire. They were attempting to log into the Oracle Utilities Network Management System (NMS) and forgot their password had changed.
This message is seen in the Weblogic managed server log after several attempts to log in:
<Aug 22, 2019 9:46:20,225 AM EDT> <Notice> <Security> <BEA-090078> <User <user_name> in security realm myrealm has had 5 invalid login attempts, locking account for 30 minutes.>
