Symptoms

On all versions of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), when installing Business Operation Center (BOC), after entering the Service Name, User Name, and Password to connec to the BRM database, the installer throws the following errors in the GUI:

As a result, the BOC installer is unable to continue.
