Symptoms
On : 8.0.7 version,
When attempting to run UDP health check utility after successful model upload,
the following error occurs.

FCT_ENTITY_SHARE_HOLDING Subtype Name Missing

FCT_SERV_LN_CUST_RELATIONSHIP Duplicate ADI Name
