On Oracle Health Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 2.4.8.0.28 version,

When attempting to install a transformation in QC lifecycle,
the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a transformation in Development lifecycle.
2. Install the transformation.
3. Promote the transformation to QC lifecyle.
4. Install the transformation.
