Goal

On : 2.2.0.1.0 version, Sensus Meter Commissioning

CommissionDecommission Schema Validation error after adding the install date

It was necessary to populate the Install Date in the Commission/Decommission request for Sensus RNI.

However, upon doing so the BPEL component CommissionDecommission is having schema validation error because of the formatting of the date.

How to change the format of the Install Date so it appears in XSD format in the requests?
