Goal

On :  3.19.2.0.0 version, User Interface


Customer has the requirement that when a billing account is created there should be a billing account allocation and also when the billing account allocation is removed the billing account is removed. In other words a billing account should always have a billing account allocation except for the default billing account where an allocation is not necessary.
Currently it is not possible to handle this in an elegant way in the UI.
